Throughout the entire production process of custom pouches, we strictly adhere to international standards and maintain a sound quality control system. From raw material review to final product inspection, each step is strictly monitored to ensure consistent and reliable quality.
Incoming material inspection control program
Film, paper, other materials, auxiliary materials (purchased parts, outsourcing parts according to the incoming material inspection specifications to perform inspection work.
The qualified raw materials are labeled and entered into ERP system. Reject the unqualified ones.

Composite inspection control program
Verify whether the composite material’s structure, material, and adhesive type meet the process requirements according to the production work order.
Every 1 hour, the inspector shall inspect the production machine according to the corresponding items in the inspection record, and leave the sample.

For each production run, random samples of finished products are meticulously tested for their physical properties. A set number of samples from each test are archived for traceability purposes.
Before shipment, samples undergo thorough testing by experienced testers. If any samples are found to be substandard, immediate feedback is provided.
All finished products must meet quality standards before leaving the factory. If any are found to be non-compliant, appropriate isolation measures are taken. If possible, non-compliant products are reworked; otherwise, they are clearly marked as prohibited.
Quality Control Equipment for Product Quality Assurance
- Intelligent Electronic Tensile Tester: It is used to test the mechanical properties of materials such as tensile, compression, bending, etc., and evaluate the strength and durability of materials.
- Sealing Tester: Used to evaluate the sealing performance of bags or containers to ensure that the products will not leak or be contaminated during transportation and storage.
- Friction Coefficient Tester: Used to measure the coefficient of friction on the surface of packaging materials to understand the sliding performance of the materials during the production and use of packaging.
- Heat sealing device: Used to simulate the heat sealing performance of packaging materials and to check the sealing quality and sealing of bags or containers.
- Vacuum Packaging Machine: Used to package products in a vacuum environment to extend shelf life and prevent oxidation.
- Electronic Outside Micrometer: Used to accurately measure the outside diameter of packaging materials or products to ensure that the product size meets the specifications.
- Gas Chromatograph: Used to analyze the chemical composition of packaging materials, detect the residue of harmful substances and evaluate the safety of packaging.
- Oxygen Permeability Tester: It is used to measure the oxygen permeability of packaging materials and evaluate the freshness preservation performance of packaging for products.
- Water Vapor Transmission Rate Tester: It is used to measure the water vapor transmission rate of packaging materials and evaluate the moisture-proof performance of packaging.
- Pendulum Impact Tester: It is used to simulate the impact of the products during transportation and use, and evaluate the impact resistance of packaging materials.
- Portable Pressure Steam Sterilizer: Used for pressure steam sterilization of products to ensure that the products meet the health standards and safety requirements.
